Blue Coast Beach Resort – Rules & Regulations

(We presume the Guest/s have read and agreed to the following rules and regulations upon check-in)

Tariff

Guests shall obtain the “Room Tariff” details from the Reception.

Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹1000 (Cash) will be collected at the time of check-in. This is held against any property damage, misuse of facilities, or violation of rules such as smoking or alcohol consumption inside the tents.

Settlement of Bills

All bills must be settled upon presentation. Cheques are not accepted. Guests are requested to inform the Reception at least 30 minutes before check-out for bill settlement.

Company’s Lien on Guest’s Luggage & Belongings

In case of default in payment of dues, the Management shall have a lien on the luggage and belongings, with the right to detain, auction, or appropriate proceeds without liability.

Check-In & Departure

Check-in time: 12:30 pm
Check-out time: 11:00 am
Guests must vacate the tents upon expiry of stay. If not vacated, Management reserves the right to remove luggage and belongings.

Liquor

Consumption of liquor is prohibited inside the premises. The Penalty of Rs 1000 will be charged if we notice such activities.

Food Policy

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the tents. Guests are welcome to dine at our in-house restaurant Spice & Flavours or use designated dining areas.

Hazardous Goods

Carrying or storing of hazardous, combustible, or prohibited items inside the resort premises is strictly forbidden.

Use of Resort Facilities

Guests shall use all facilities and services (restaurant, gardens, hammocks, parking, etc.) with care and at their own risk. Washing, drying, or ironing clothes inside the tents is not allowed.

Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the Resort property by themselves, their friends, or any person under their responsibility. The damage will be charged from the refundable deposit.

Management’s Rights

• Guests must behave in a respectful manner and avoid nuisance within the premises.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request any guest to vacate without prior notice, in case of misconduct or non-compliance.

Cigarette Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the tents as well as in the Blue Coast premises. The Penalty of Rs 1000 will be charged if we notice such activities.

Relation Between Management & Guest

Nothing herein shall be deemed to create tenancy or sub-tenancy. Guests are licensees only, and Management retains full control and possession of the property.

Application of Laws, Govt. Rules & Regulations

Guests are requested to observe and abide by all applicable laws and local regulations during their stay.

Amendment of Rules

The Management reserves the right to amend, alter, or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Pets

Dogs and other pets are not allowed inside the tents.

Visitors & Entertainment

Guests are requested to entertain visitors only in designated public areas. Visitors are not allowed inside the tents without prior consent from Management.
